Delete your Axos workspace
Erasure is irreversible. Every note, every task, every calendar event, every attachment, every session log tied to the workspace address is deleted within 30 days.

What happens

Confirmation email
A signed confirmation link is emailed to the workspace address. The link expires in 24 hours.

30-day grace period
The workspace is suspended but recoverable. Cancel the erasure any time by signing in during this period.

Data erasure
Notes, tasks, calendar and attachments are removed from the primary store, then from backups on the next rotation cycle.
4
Erasure certificate
A PDF certificate signed by our DPO is emailed to the workspace address on day 30.
5
Legal retention
Only invoices are retained (§147 AO — 10 years). Everything else is destroyed.
