Migrate to Axos

Bring your notes, tasks and calendar into an Axos workspace

Three one-shot importers cover the platforms Axos users leave behind most often. Each is idempotent — safe to re-run on the same export.

From Notion

Notion → Axos

Export your Notion workspace as a ZIP (Markdown & CSV variant). Feed it to the Axos importer. Top-level pages become notebooks, sub-pages become notes, toggle-lists become task boards. Attachments preserved as note-adjacent files.

From Evernote

Evernote → Axos

Export as .enex. The importer preserves notebooks, tags, note titles and bodies. Attachments up to 50 MB per file. Reminders become Axos tasks with the reminder time as the due date.

From Todoist

Todoist → Axos

Uses the official Todoist API export. Projects → boards, sections → columns, tasks → tasks, recurring rules → Axos recurrence syntax. Diff report before commit.

The three-step process

  1. Provision a fresh Axos workspace on /catalog (Free is enough for the import itself).
  2. Open /account → Import, choose the source platform, upload the export file.
  3. Review the diff, commit. The import runs in the background; a summary email lands within one hour.
Two-way for a month. Nothing forces you to shut down the old tool on day one. Keep both open for a month, then archive the old one when you notice you no longer sign in to it.
