Plan details

Axos Free is the entry personal plan and provisions a single Axos workspace bound to your email address. You get unlimited notes with rich text formatting, a task list capped at 250 open items, a personal calendar view synced across every browser you sign in to, one integration (Google, Slack or Zapier — you choose during setup) and a magic-link sign-in flow with 90-day session cookies. The Free plan runs on the same shared sync backbone as paid tiers, so your workspace opens in under 400 milliseconds on any modern browser and every edit is versioned for 14 days. Workspace provisioning is instant: the moment you confirm your email, the /workspace overview is ready. No credit card is stored, no automatic conversion to a paid plan, no advertising injected into your notes. Requires an Axos workspace account. Sign in from any browser.

How to activate this plan

1. Enter your workspace email on the login page.
2. Tap the magic link that arrives in your inbox.
3. Land on your Axos workspace — the plan is applied automatically at first sign-in.
4. Manage billing, seats and cancellation from the account page.

All Axos plans are billed in euros and issued as PDF invoices with your VAT identification pre-filled from the /account page. Cancellation is possible at any time from the /account page; a pro-rated refund is issued to your original payment method within seven working days.
