Connecting calendars to your Axos workspace
Two-way Google Calendar sync
Open /account → Integrations → Google Calendar and complete the OAuth grant. Axos requests four scopes: read events, write events, list calendars, watch for changes. Nothing else — no contacts, no drive, no gmail. Once connected, choose which of your Google sub-calendars to sync in each direction. Two-minute maximum propagation delay in both directions.
Read-only CalDAV
Any CalDAV endpoint (Apple iCloud, Fastmail, Posteo, Mailbox.org, Nextcloud) can be added as a read-only source. Events appear in the workspace calendar with a small lock badge. Read-only means the workspace never issues writes back — it is a defensive default for calendars that live outside your control.
Colouring
Colour is assigned per source. The default palette is the Axos brand indigo for the workspace's native events, mint teal for Google-synced events, and a muted grey for CalDAV-imported ones. Override per calendar under /account.
Printable views
Every calendar view — day, week, month, agenda — has a print stylesheet. Prints portrait A4 by default, landscape optional, week numbers in the margin.
